Associate Attorney - Adams & Martin Group

National Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Edwardsville, IL office. This attorney would focus on plaintiff personal injury and municipal litigation cases.

Duties will include:
* Assist Supervising Attorney with case work up and motions
* Conducting client and witness interviews to obtain and evaluate information
* Deposing witnesses and clients
* Appearing in court as needed
* Assist with Plaintiff's discovery preparation
* Returning and responding to client and defense counsel communication
* Reviewing and analyzing medical records and bills
* Conducting legal research
* Delegating assignments to team paralegals and legal assistants

Requirements:
* Must be licensed to practice Law in the State of Illinois
* Previous personal injury experience is preferred, but willing to consider all candidates, including recent graduates
