- Working directly with clients assisting them with estate planning and administration.
- Treating a client’s ideal planning strategy and reviewing their estate planning documents with them.

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have estate administration/probate experience; experience meeting with clients and involvement in consultation meetings, drafting and reviewing estate plans, and conducting signing meetings.
- The ideal candidate will be driven to exceed expectations and contribute to the growth of the firm in a meaningful way and will have the following qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida (ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED) - do not apply unless you have already taken and passed the Florida Bar Exam or have been admitted through reciprocal admission.
- At least 1 year of experience working with estate probate matters at a law firm that focuses on estate planning and probate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, warm personality (a good sense of humor an added plus!)
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Tech-savvy, and/or a quick learner
- Experience and comfort with one-on-one client consultations and meetings
- The ability to network, develop business and obtain new clients for the firm
- Willingness to study outside of work to advance skills
- Community involvement and/or willingness to get involved in the community
Responsibilities
- Estate Administration Team Leader. Assisting clients through the estate administration process
- Handling all aspects of probate administration.
- Nurturing client relationships
- Assisting firm Attorneys with estate planning matters as needed
- Contributing to the success of the team even if it means going outside of your job description
- Drafting and editing documents and correspondence
- Assisting with client billings
- Keeping unneeded drama out of the office and contributing to our solid team culture
- Helping to grow the firm's presence throughout Florida.
