We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a passion for family law to join our team. As a key member of our family law practice, you will handle diverse cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives. The position is critical in helping us maintain excellence in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration. - Primarily work from home but attend all required in-court appearances.
- Be available for in-person client meetings at the office when requested.

Position Requirements
- 1+ years of family law experience: Proven experience handling a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support matters, with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes.
- Active Texas State Bar Admission: Must be fully licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar, with a commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards.
- Exceptional legal writing skills: Ability to draft precise and persuasive legal documents, demonstrated through strong writing samples.
- Outstanding verbal communication: Excellent communication skills required to effectively represent clients, engage with the courts, and collaborate with team members.
- Strong attention to detail: Meticulous in managing legal documents, casework, and deadlines, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of legal practice.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple cases and competing deadlines, demonstrating strong time-management skills.
- Client-focused mindset: A commitment to providing exceptional service and a personalized approach to every case, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the legal process.

Notes on Compensation: This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
