About Our Client

With a robust presence in Orlando and a reputation for delivering outstanding legal solutions, they are expanding their team to include a dedicated Construction Defect Attorney who shares their passion for justice and quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse portfolio of construction defect cases from inception to resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
- Provide expert legal counsel to clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are effectively represented.
- Conduct thorough research on construction laws, regulations, and precedents to build strong cases.
- Work closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop and implement case strategies.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and contracts related to construction defect claims.
- Ensure all legal practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations governing construction law.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in construction defect law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
