We are hiring an Associate Attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation. This is a very exciting opportunity to join our trial team, and as a member of our team, you will directly represent clients in trials in Federal and State Courts.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in State and Federal Courts in a wide array of Commercial Litigation matters
Direct contact with clients
You will take depositions immediately
You will try cases with witness responsibility
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Advise clients on business and legal transactions
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
Previous experience in law
Familiarity with various legal documents
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Texas
Experience in litigation and trial advocacy is preferred
