Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in a variety of legal matters, including real estate transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosure cases, tax issues, family law matters, and domestic disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the best interest of the clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to meeting clients' legal needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients' situations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 2+ years of experience as an attorney, with preferred experience in real estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, tax, family, and/or domestic law.
- Active license to practice law in the state.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of successfully resolving complex legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex legal information to clients and other stakeholders.
