TempExperts is seeking an Associate Attorney with Civil Litigation experience for a well-established Law firm in Miami, Florida. 

Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who has at least 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably (but not required) with some federal court practice. 
 
Responsibilities: 

• Experience working in a law firm with 2-5 years of  civil litigation experience. 
• Must be conscientious, detail-oriented, and have exceptional analytical and writing skills.
• Must know about federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures. 
• Provide initial analysis of cases and develop case strategy.
• Take depositions of relevant parties and witnesses.
• Draft legal motions and attend hearings.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients 
• Assist and lead trial proceedings. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Experience/Education:

• 2-5 years of Civil Litigation Experience.
• JD and Florida Bar member in good standing.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Exceptional customer relations skills.
