About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• General commercial litigation
• Securities, M&A, or corporate governance-related litigation
• Antitrust litigation
• SEC enforcement
• Criminal and regulatory investigations

Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required.
• A federal judicial clerkship is a significant plus.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
