Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- 3rd or 4th year associate
- Restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings
- Capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once and should be able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Comparable big law experience preferred
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
