Position: Civil Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation defense, including depositions, hearings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal analysis and strategic advice to clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Conduct legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues to ensure smooth case progression.
• Manage a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience.
• License: Active license to practice law in California (in good standing).
• Skills:
  • Strong educational background with a J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Proven track record of success in litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motion practice.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Strong oral advocacy and courtroom experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining strong client relationships and upholding the firm's values.
