Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our team, focusing on affordable housing law. The ideal candidate will assist in legal research, drafting documents, and providing counsel on housing policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on affordable housing issues.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Advise clients on compliance with state and federal housing laws.

Represent clients in negotiations and administrative hearings.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active California State Bar membership.

Strong communication and analytical skills.
