The Associate Analyst for HR Transformation will support the Sr Project Manager for HR Transformation (or equivalent) in process improvement initiatives across the enterprise focused on developing an exceptional employee experience and supporting our operations in their clients' mission-critical needs.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and flexible. Comfort with data and analytics would be beneficial; however, innovative and creative problem solving would serve them just as well in the acquisition of new skill sets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist HR transformation project leaders with tracking, reporting, and/or presenting project information.
- Support transformation management and leaders in forecasting and monitoring initiative performance.
- Assist HR transformation project leaders in the development of business cases demonstrating ROI for proposed projects.
- Facilitate scheduling, coordination, and other logistics in support of transformation initiatives.
- In projects with business process or system changes, enhancements, or implementations, support discovery, requirements documentation, test planning, user acceptance testing, and governance development.
- Support team in rotational engagements as internal HR consultant.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
