Associate Account Manager

The responsibilities will include -
- Working closely with the CEO and Technical Manager in understanding the day-to-day operations of the company and the client requirements.
- Developing presentations using PowerPoint
- Running Reports
- Join/Run Meetings as and when required
- Communicate with and manage clients in -
- gathering requirements, changes/upgrades in the system, addressing issues and complaints, travel to client sites (when needed) to do presentations, etc.
- Experience working in a team and independently as well.
- Fast learner,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Be proactive,
- Some experience working with clients on the business/operations side (not sales and marketing).
