Position Summary: Entry level position in which the primary responsibility is collections of early stage delinquent accounts in the Extended Credit portfolio within a regional business unit. Position will be responsible for directing and coordinating EC collections; evaluating, recommending and implementing solutions to resolve delinquency issues; and promoting and marketing Credit Sales programs to Franchisees and customers, while preparing for the potential role of an Associate Account Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
Collection of EC accounts to achieve established Corporate/Regional goals

- Extensive phone contact collecting on active delinquent accounts
- Coordinate collection efforts with Franchisee network
- Coordinate product return with Account Managers/Senior Account Manager
- Report and consult with management on major issues
- Achieve assigned delinquency/loss goals and metrics
- Answer field and customer questions
- Resolve credit/payment problems
- Assist in promoting Credit Sales programs and promotions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2 years customer service or collections preferred
