1st Year Expected Compensation

$90,000 +2nd Year Expected Compensation: $120,000+

Overview:

The Account Executive will assist with outside Sales, recruiting, overseeing, and managing our temporary and temp-to-hire construction, commercial and light industrial personnel for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Account Managers and building upon relationships with our clients
• Networking with clients at lunches and social outings
• Sourcing and recruiting personnel for various construction and/or light industrial projects
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates

Company cell phone provided

Core hours of operation: Monday – Thursday 7AM-4PM, Friday: 7AM-3PM

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales and recruiting is a plus
• Must be outgoing, personable, a flexible team player and leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
