With these guiding values, adMarketplace seeks to empower our team to reach their full potential through continued learning, and the opportunity to do their best work.What You’ll DoDrive revenue across key agency holding company partners and their clients by influencing and getting buy-in from senior agency and client leaders Build relationships and drive revenue with assigned holding companies and agencies; contributing to agency mapping, stakeholder engagement and strategic execution Responsible for driving new and growing existing revenue through long term deals and deal negotiationCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure your clients’ needs are continuously met Carry-forward our media solutions and position in the digital advertising industry, representing our company at industry conferences and events to win new client deals.Thrive on selling into complex and dynamic organizations across a broad spectrum of industriesPitch solutions, not products; comfortable securing prospective clients’ ad budgets, marketing goals, and measurement needsConduct substantial research on clients to bolster outreach and pitches.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree; 2-5+ years of overall experience in ad tech or digital advertising1-2 years experience in a sales or client-facing role Agency Holding Company sales experience, SaaS, AdTech, Digital Media and senior level selling successUnderstanding of how agencies are structured, motivated & organized around different customer needs; and an ability to map a very wide range of products/solutions to these use casesStrong sales, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively execute on discovery, objection handling and closing with decision makers at multiple levels within an organizationExperience solution selling to key stakeholders at brands and agencies across multiple disciplines including media, analytics and financeConsultative analytical and data driven problem solver that can comfortably navigate complex customer conversationsProven results on securing six to seven figure long-term partnerships domestically and/or globallyStrong prospecting, presentation, and relationship building experienceCan ask tough, thoughtful questions and be relentlessly competitive with a strong sense of urgencyPreferred QualificationsExperience in performance digital media and/or eCommerce business modelRelationships and experience with Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, IPG, Havas, OmnicomFluency in Media Math metrics and a working knowledge of measurement methodologies including MMM, MTA & LTAProficiency in Salesforce and Google WorkspaceOpportunitiesCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission planComprehensive benefits package & 401kCommuter BenefitsClear career pathing for individual growth into potential leadership roleAbility to pitch a results-oriented solution to the largest brands and agencies across multiple verticalsAnnual continued education stipendIn-Office lunch 3-4x per weekFully stocked kitchen (unlimited coffee)Summer FridaysManagement TrainingDog-friendly OfficeExtra-curricular sports programsTravel & In-Office NotesTravel up to 20%; some international travel possibleBased in our NYC headquarters (90% in-office outside of work travel)*Compensation Range: $160,000 - $200,000 OTE#LI-OnsiteJoin UsadMarketplace has been named as one of the best places to work in New York City by Built In and Crain’s- the latter of which have recognized us the past three years straight!
