About the Job
A large managed care organization has a Full-time position for a experienced Associate Patient Care Coordinator.
Must have two years of related work experience, including data entry along with excellent communication skills, and professional demeanor. Interact with internal and external customers in a courteous manner in person and via telephone.
- PAY: $19.00 per hour
- CONTRACT: 6/26/2024 to 08/30/2024
- HOURS: 11am – 7pm Monday- Friday
- LOCATION: 1111 Park Ave New York, NY 10128
Required screenings/proof of immunity:
• Respirator medical clearance for N95 Mask (fit testing is performed in clinic once the contractor provides a copy of the medical clearance)
• TB blood test (if positive, will need TB medical clearance which may include a chest x-ray and TB medical exam)
• Tdap vaccination as an adult
• MMR/Varicella/Hep B titers
• MMR, Varicella – if non-immune, proof of current or historical vaccinations must be provided.
• Hep B – if non-immune contractor may decline Hep B vaccination.
• Flu and covid vaccination or declination (if flu vaccine declined, must wear a surgical mask during all patient facing interactions during the flu season)
