At a Watermark Community, our Administrator does so much more than what the title reflects. For us it is about working with people who take great pride in their work. We are looking for a unique person with a unique combination of skills. For us the right person will have experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities must be core trained and licensed, knowledgeable and compliant with AHCA regulations and have the ability to develop and maintain a staff with good moral character, loyalty, and high technical competency.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced AL Administrator. If you have 2-4 years’ experience as AL Administrator in a high volume community, you just might be the right candidate.

The right candidate will be organized, hands on, team player with exceptional communication and time management skills.
