Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated DME Assistant Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations. This role is essential in managing inventory, overseeing order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of DME products.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate with logistics for shipping and receiving of equipment.
• Address discrepancies in orders and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, orders, and warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the healthcare or DME industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and practices.
