Assistant Warehouse Manager - Orion Talent

Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Cranston, RI

Shift: Flexible Shift Hours, M-F (Saturday shifts as needed)

Compensation: $55-$65k, with potential first-year W2 of $70-$90k or more!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance.
• Support branch manager in strategic planning and budgeting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
