Position Overview:
As our Assistant Vice President of Instructional Design and Learning, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing a wide range of learning programs for our diverse workforce. From face-to-face workshops to online courses, you'll lead the charge in creating dynamic learning experiences that drive individual, team, and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative learning programs tailored to our organization's evolving needs.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to scope, develop, and evaluate training initiatives.
Manage relationships with external content providers to ensure access to top-notch learning resources.
Lead our instructional design strategy, incorporating best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
Partner with our technology team to align curriculum needs with technical requirements.
Oversee a team of instructional designers and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.
Establish and track key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development preferred.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in instructional design leadership roles.
Experience in industries such as senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
Proven track record of developing curricula for virtual and online training programs.
Proficiency with instructional design tools and technologies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 Per Hour
