HIRING - Real Estate Assistant (Head of Operations / Marketing Assistant)

You would be working for Brian Selem of The Agency. Brian has been in the business for over 30 years and is frequently ranked in the top 0.5% in the country among 1.5 million other agents. The Agency is a global boutique real estate brokerage known for it's fun and family-like culture, as well as it's extraordinary reputation for it's success in the real estate industry, with the average sale price per agent being 30% hire when compared to other brokerages. You may have also heard of The Agency through its Netflix Series "Buying Beverly Hills."

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor incoming emails
• Update team calendar
• Assist through the entire listing and escrow process (photography, marketing, open houses, stagers, inspections, entry into the MLS, etc)
• Going to showings and sitting Open Houses
• Preparation for listing appointments (listing presentation, CMA reports, etc)
• General Office Items (Catering to client needs, answering phones and emails, ordering supplies)
• Collaborating with Marketing team in creating marketing materials
• Transaction Coordinator
• Draft offers, listing agreements, etc.
• Director of all team operations

Requirements:

• Must have valid CA driver's license
• Undergrad/college experience preferred
• Full-time in person
• Must have experience in the real estate industry (Real Estate License is a plus)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ideally is familiar with Docusign, Zipforms, & the MLS
• Ideally is familiar with database management and CRM Software.
• Ideally is familiar with the Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, MailChimp
• Able to work autonomously
• Strong organizational skills.
• Polite, professional, and innovative
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and work well in high pressure situations.
