Job description:
The right candidate's primary responsibility is to assist the Superintendent with the management of the job site as it relates to the daily construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, Quality control, inspections, and enforcing safety standards.

Job description:
The right candidate's primary responsibility is to assist the Superintendent with the management of the job site as it relates to the daily construction while providing excellent customer service. This includes but is not limited to scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, Quality control, inspections, and enforcing safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Superintendent in monitoring job progress on site, ensuring compliance with contract documents, the Quality Control Program and Safety protocols.
- Execute the project plans and schedules.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with subcontractors and owners.
- Execute company policies and enforce uniformity on construction methods to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Assists Superintendent in scheduling of subcontractors.
- In absence of Superintendent, makes sure all schedules, policies, and guidelines are maintained.
- Ability to utilize Construction applications such as RedTeam on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferred: 2 years of multifamily construction experience
- Preferred: 2–4-year college degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of site safety, OSHA certification a plus
- Ability to build collaborative relationships including subcontractors to owners
- Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Project, OneNote, and Outlook
- Ability to accurately read plans and communicate construction information
- Must have vehicle
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to pass a pre-screen background check including drug testing
