Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day on-site operations for tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and client expectations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.

• Support in resolving on-site issues promptly and effectively to minimize project delays.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the Superintendent and Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in construction, with a focus on tenant improvement projects.

• Strong understanding of TI construction processes, materials, and building systems.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• OSHA 30 certification.

• Experience working on commercial tenant improvement projects in [specific industries, e.g., retail, office, healthcare].
