Assistant Superintendent - Large Projects - Gpac

Currently seeking an Assistant Superintendents with LARGE project experience for a premier general contractor.

Qualifications:

• The assistant Superintendent must have a minimum of 4 years of field experience on LARGE construction projects ranging from $40M+ in size.
• Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
• College Degree with a BS in Construction Management or similar degree program is a plus
• Proficiency with safety procedures
• Extensive managerial and people skills
• Materials procurement
• Supervision of self-performed work
