Job Details
1. Assist in the development of project schedules and manage adherence to these schedules.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Liaise with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
5. Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation, including progress reports, safety reports, and other required documents.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
5. Proficient in the use of construction management software.
