1. Assist in planning, managing, and executing construction projects within budget and timeline.

10. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
3. Proficient in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and budget management.
4. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and risk management practices.
5. Exceptional skills in contract negotiation and quality control.
6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
8. Proficient in construction software and technology.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. Certifications in construction safety and quality control are highly desirable.
