Urgently hiring: Assistant, Student Services
Location: Wausau, WI
Wage: $18–22/hour
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rotational evenings (Mon–Thurs until 7 PM) and Saturdays (8 AM–12 PM).

About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping students succeed? As a Student Services Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and community members. In this dynamic role, you’ll assist with admissions, registration, financial aid referrals, and campus operations. From managing office tasks to proctoring exams and troubleshooting basic tech issues, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A multitasker with strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn systems like Workday and Canvas.
• A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced setting and works well with diverse teams.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.
