Job Title: Regional Retail Manager

Location: Frederick, Maryland

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of 9 retail stores and 2 warehouses.
• Develop and implement strategies for expansion to 15-20 stores.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 300 employees.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales growth and team development.
