Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of 9 retail stores and 2 warehouses.
- Develop and implement strategies for expansion to 15-20 stores.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 300 employees.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales growth and team development.
