• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management.
• Support in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Assist in inventory management and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Passion for Halloween and seasonal retail.
