Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $18.20 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staffing.
• Support setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Train and supervise store associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory and assist in stock management.
• Help create a fun and engaging shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Passion for Halloween and seasonal retail.
