Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing store operations and staff.
• Ensure outstanding Guest Services and resolve customer issues.
• Support inventory management and merchandising strategies.
• Train and develop team members for optimal performance.
• Analyze sales data to drive business decisions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
