Scooter's Coffee is looking for an AMAZING Assistant Manager to join our team! We want someone who loves to give top-notch customer service, has a passion for leading and growing a team, and who can fit in our energetic and fun work environment. Previous leaadership and barista experience perferred.

So what exactly does a leader do for us? First and foremost, ensures store culture is inline with company values and expectations. Beyond that, they grow store sales. The primary way they do this is by personally being a dynamic barista themselves, and by training a barista team to move with speed and precision in order to give our customers their favorite drink as fast as possible. Taking care of the customer with speed, efficiency and a smile is the path to growth, and that's what we ask our managers to do and train others to do as well. In addition, making sure you're that smiley, upbeat, enthusiastic personality for your team and your customers.
