Job Title: Sales Associate

Average Total Pay: $17 - $22+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission)

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
