Job Title: Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Assist in developing sales strategies to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new Teammates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.
