Position: Retail Store Operations Lead

Location: 4422 E University Dr, Mesa, Arizona, 85205

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales floor operations to maximize efficiency and sales.
• Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to enhance shopping experience.
• Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive environment.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and support Goodwill's mission.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for community service and Goodwill's mission.
