Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
• Ensure consistent presentation and merchandising of the store.
• Model excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in training and developing staff to enhance performance.
• Make decisions regarding inventory management and store layout.

Qualifications:

• Passion for books and a strong customer service orientation.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
