Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Ensure consistent presentation and merchandising of the store.
- Model excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in training and developing staff to enhance performance.
- Make decisions regarding inventory management and store layout.
Qualifications:
- Passion for books and a strong customer service orientation.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
