Assistant Manager – Scooters Coffee

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Team Management: Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their potential and meet store performance goals.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to labor budgets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet Scooters Coffee's high standards for quality and consistency.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in managing cash handling, opening/closing duties, and compliance with all health, safety, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and inventory management is a plus.
- Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer experiences.
