Job Title: Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Control expenses and protect company assets in line with LIDS Retail policies.
• Assist in preparing store work schedules to ensure proper coverage while adhering to wage control guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Train and develop team members to enhance performance and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
