Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: 254 57th Avenue Northeast Suite A2, Fridley, Minnesota 55432

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing training and support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store goals.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree and/or 2-4 years of retail management experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams in a sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
