GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for managing and supervising all areas assigned by the Store Manager, including ensuring compliance with company policies and all state, local, and federal regulations. Will also be responsible for payroll administration and organizational development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Leads and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches while working.
• Assists in evaluating store performance by analyzing reports and communicating any variances to the Store Manager.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Assists with inventory process, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for both Associates and Customers.
• Supervises and coaches Retail Associates in providing efficient and friendly service at the registers, Customer Service desk, fitting rooms, sales floor, etc.
• Ensures compliance with company merchandising guidelines and controls payroll hours within budget.
