Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 2880 S. Alma School Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286
Starting Pay: $45K/Year

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure optimal performance.

Train, mentor, and manage store staff to achieve sales goals.

Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues.

Implement store policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for the Goodwill mission and community service.
