Willkomm’s Rocket Wash is the first conveyer-style car wash in the Racine, Mount Pleasant, Kenosha and Pleasant Prairie area. We are looking for the “Best” candidates with attention to detail. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills and can train and coach a team of 15-20 crew members. Job description:

Ensure all employees are performing their assigned task in a timely manner to ensure our customers receive the best service available.

Essential Functions:

• Assist Site Leader in achieving financial goals. Control cash and inventory. Complete any necessary reports in accordance with company policy. Balance, log and report deposits, invoices, and coupons.

• Assist in all area operations of the car wash including basic maintenance of equipment, scheduling, preparing daily reports while following all company procedures. Assist Crew Members with transactions, troubleshooting, and any other areas as needed.

• Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels. Assist in placing and receiving correct orders of supplies within wash.

• Keep car wash and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe.

• Participate in interviewing, hiring and reviewing employees following established company guidelines. Observe employee performance and correct and discipline, as needed. Perform necessary verbal and written warnings.

• Protect the assets of the company

Non-Essential Functions:

• Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner.

• Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.

• Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, training, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers and customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekends. Must be capable of leading 15-20 employees in a fast-paced business environment. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. Must have strong leadership characteristics. Must be high energy and have a great work ethic. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
