ASSISTANT SHIFT SUPERVISORS
Our client, the largest manufacturer of vinyl fence, deck, and railing accessories located in Hartville, is seeking temp to hire Assistant Shift Supervisors for 1st and 3rd shift.
$25.00 - $30.00 Based on Experience
1st Shift 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
3rd Shift 11:45 pm – 8:00 am

$25.00 - $30.00 Based on Experience
1st Shift 7:45 am – 4:00 pm
3rd Shift 11:45 pm – 8:00 am
Key Responsibilities
- Teach, assign and supervise team
- Set up molds in presses and auxiliary equipment such as Driers, Sonic Welders, label machines and other equipment
- Monitor IQMs for changeovers and have inserts and molds ready to go minimizing downtimes
- Enter scrap and downtimes in IQMs
- 2 years injection molding experience
- 1+ years’ experience working knowledge of injection molding MFG floor, mold storage and handling
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
