DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 5+ years of management experience
- 2 years of experience with UPC codes.
- In-depth knowledge of Oregon and Washington plumbing codes with a CCB/RMI certification OR the ability to attain one
- Knowledge of the flat-rate pricing system
- Proficiency with computers, typing, modern mobile devices, and various Microsoft applications
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders or stairs
- Punctuality, motivation to succeed, and a positive, professional attitude
Experience with ServiceTitan software would be preferred.
As our Assistant Service Manager, you lead a skilled team of field technicians and support staff, helping them achieve greatness and optimize their daily processes. Thinking strategically, you delegate tasks across various teams and coordinate our dispatch operations to ensure efficient project completion. You oversee your team's work, checking for quality and identifying areas for improvement.
Your ultimate goal is to increase our monthly revenue, and you achieve this by ensuring smooth departmental communication, managing our pricing structures, and leading efforts to convert prospects into lifelong customers. You help staff improve by providing training related to our company software, sales techniques, customer service, etc. As needed, you estimate smaller projects, manage staffing levels, support office operations, and provide after-hours field support.
