C&J Automotive is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team!
C&J Automotive Service Advisors are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. At C&J we have a highly skilled team that has fun and allows for a work/life balance with weekends off and we would love to add more top talent to our team!

Job Duties:
- Greet clients and maintain showroom.
- Schedule appointments.
- Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
- Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
- Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
- Review digital inspections.
Requirements:
- Automotive Experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license.
- Sales Experience.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Manage client experience from beginning to end.
