Frank Myers Auto Maxx is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! We are looking for a high character individual who is receptive to new ideas and concepts. Extensive special finance/deep sub-prime experience IS REQUIRED! Previous experience with a Used Car Dealership is a PLUS! Previous experience and a proven track record with secondary finance and deep subprime is a PLUS!

We are offering a strong compensation package and a 5 day work week with NO SUNDAYS. Out of town candidates are encouraged to apply! We will help with relocation expenses for the right candidate.

• Aggressively working special finance deals.
• Aggressively getting special finance deals hung.
• Aggressively working customers for down payment money.
• Training sales pros the right way to handle a special finance customer.
• Developing and/or growing relationships with special finance companies.
• Helping to keep a clean contracts in transit list. 
• Working with a CRM tool to effectively manage potential customers.
