EXPERIENCED RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Our expanding boutique wellness office in Downtown Jersey City is looking for an extraordinary EXPERIENCED RETAIL MANAGER, looking to go above and beyond and grow with us! We have a reputation for high-end customer service, extraordinary wellness services and a growing line of organic wellness products. Salary + Bonuses, Store Discount and Tips!

-Experience Managing Retail (Required) Minimum 2 years

-Sales-savvy and caring

-Spa Experience (preferably in a high-end setting)

-Customer Service Professional

Responsibilities:

-Educate clients and walk-ins on products and services

-Maintain shop cleanliness and order, as well as book appointments

-Greet customers, provide information on products and ingredients, explain the ethos of custom massages, tailor experience based on customers' interest, all with the intention of selling our products and booking appointments!

-Help package products

-Invite customers into the store by offering samples or promotional materials

-Stock and clean office as often as necessary

Qualifications:

-Previous Spa experience preferred

-Cashier experience

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Past retail sales experience required

-Penchant for smiling

-Passion for excellent customer service

-MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS!
