Location Description:Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center
- High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.
- Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites. Expanding to 1400 rooms in October 2025!
- Three restaurants including a Starbucks.
- 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and staff of our restaurant and to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.
This is a salary position.
Weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
Assist with overseeing restaurant operations including service and food quality.
Assist with hiring, training, coaching, counseling and performance appraisals of all staff.
Assist with scheduling of staff according to occupancy levels and restaurant needs.
Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant, including inspecting tabletops, side-stations and tray stands through daily opening and closing checklists and walk thru’s.
Conduct daily standup pre-shift meetings, along with monthly departmental meetings.
Assist with monitoring of all current inventories (liquor, beer, wine, food, etc.) and the ordering of new product.
Ensure service standards are consistently met, and that costs are in line with budget requirements.
Qualifications
Two years restaurant experience required.
Supervisory experience required.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
