Work with our team as a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager at our flagship restaurant on beautiful Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont!

Qualifications:
- Three or more years in varied restaurant positions, including cooking and supervisory experience
- Availability to work 8-10 hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays
- Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operation
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Must be able to coach and develop others effectively
- VDLC certified preferred
- Experience with P&L preferred
- NRA ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred
- Business or relevant degree preferred
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary manager for front of the house team members
- Active, hands-on shift management and supervision
- Honest, hardworking, and compassionate leadership
- Meet and exceed financial and profitability goals
- Coach and develop team members
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
- Accountable for timely payroll processing, cash management, and scheduling
- Upholding high standards of excellence and hospitality
- Supporting the restaurant team in all areas, including the front and back of house
